Age Restrictions
You must be aged 18 or older to buy alcohol in the UK and in any other jurisdiction, you must also be above the legal minimum age for purchasing alcohol. By placing an order with us you are confirming you are aged 18 or older. In accordance with the Licensing Act 2003 and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 it is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol. Similarly, any person over the age of 18 purchasing alcohol on behalf of any person under the age of 18 also commits an offence.
Payments & Orders
Payments can only be accepted in GBP and can be made by Debit or Credit Cards such as those issued by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Payments via Apple Pay and PayPal are also accepted.
Our website and processes are secured using SSL and we do not store your financial details. Your personal details to allow any transaction to proceed are not passed to any third party other than delivery companies used to deliver your order.
Payment will be taken when the order has been placed.
Upon completion of payment you will receive a confirmation from Delivered Drinks UK to confirm the order and then a further email to confirm when the goods have been despatched.
Prices and VAT
All prices shown on Delivered Drinks UK exclude delivery charges, unless otherwise specified. This will be calculated at the checkout.

Delivery Information
Orders are despatched weekdays Monday – Friday and orders received before 13:00 will usually be despatched the same day. Any order received after 13:00 on a weekday or at the weekend, or any day advised as a bank holiday will be processed and despatched the next working day.
If there are any reasons why we are unable to despatch your order, we will contact you to provide an estimated despatch date. This can be due to many factors including items within your order being out of stock.
